Preferred Personnel was founded in 1986 in Midland TX by Larry and Paula Bledsoe as a management consulting and recruiting firm for Oil & Gas companies in the Permian Basin. Since then, Preferred Personnel has grown to offer complete employment-related solutions to the changing needs of our customers.
